It s located far enough from busy roads that there is no traffic noise but it s close enough to waco for easy access to the city.
We are located along flat creek south of waco texas mid way between dallas and austin.

On the other side of the creek you will find sheep goats and donkeys roaming around.
To my way of thinking a resort has at least a pool and likely a hot tub with some kind of recreation center this has none of the above.
