Remove the flex 2 from the charging cable.

And yes i have reset the fitbit hr several times and having no affect.
This is draining the battery within 12 hours.
It s recommended to wear it tightly but not too tight but if you want to turn it off you can go to fitbit your watch top right heart rate an.
I have rebooted my device by plugging it into the charger and tapping the button on the cord 3 times.
My alta hr has a solid green light whether i am wearing it or not.
It looses charge in less than 24 hours.
I am having the same issue.
I have the same problem with my alta hr.
My alta rebooted but the lights are staying on.
Restart does not help.
Now it s on constantly and drains the battery.
I got my charge hr one week ago or so have been using it almost 24 7 and am quite happy with it despite a few quirks the device totally crashed once after i synced it with my iphone and the only way to revive it was to plug in that damn proprietary cable.
The lights will begin flashing simultaneously.

Ensure the always connected option in the fitbit app is on.
If this isn t the case you can also try changing the setting to off sync your tracker then change it back to auto additionally to restarting it.
I have had this fitbit since may and until 2 days ago the green light would turn off when not being worn.
It was a gift so i do not know if they replace it hopefully they do.

Thr solid green light is very disruptive to my sleep.

I have been reading your help fourms and i see that the blinking green light is a issue with a few fitbit products.
The green light on the back of the device keeps flickering i would like the option to turn this off its a bit distracting knowing it is there.
Like usaf larry said the green lights are part of the heart rate sensor and will be on all the time if you have the on setting for the hr.
It is still on at night because it will track your sleep better.
I have attempted to reset the fitbit with no resolution.
I have tried to sync it three times with the setting for the hr switched to off or on auto but neither makes a difference.

I have turned off the heart rate option and the green light remains solid.
It is my hope that an update is released soon to correct this issue.
